Clan History: I currently run and Own a community gaming clan called New world Order that i help set up for nearly 3 years ago.(http://www.newworldorder.org.uk)
blackiron which have now folded for which i was co-owner and again help set up the clan last about a year.
I did war with Astro clan for a year before they folded too, we did have 3 wars teams at one point last year but the grief and ball ache this caused was to much to handle and well we got rid of war teams completely, we now allow the members to war outside of the clan which has worked very well.

Skill Level:Mid/Mid + //////////// High - on a Very good day

Experience: I don't have a great deal of experience as in lots of competition play but I have played in Ed For 3 years the GBGL for 2 years when it was about, and attended i34/i37 progressed to the intermediate winners bracket at both Lans will be going along to i40.

Style of play: I play attack/defence to the level of opponent, main weapon is rifle but I can AWP if really needed.

Activity: I can play normally 3/5 nights a week as I work shift work 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm but it don't always mean if I start at 2pm I wont be finished till 10pm. Last night for example started at 2pm finished at 7pm

What I can bring to the table: I know most calls (90%) for the basic maps but will need some fine tuning on the more custom maps shall we say, I don't rage what to play with older people for which you guys seem to be as kids can be annoying, I don't rage, I have a very mild mannered temper and just like to play to have fun but also try and improve.

Any other relevant info: I not sure but hoping that if I was allowed to join your team that i could still do both as in run my clan and play wars with you guys in a league format, my clan has been set up for nearly 3 years and I have good people that do the day to day running and only really needed one or twice a week to sort out any little issues we may have.

I'm curious, how can you run a clan/community that you don't really partake with? I totally get the social side of things, but we're a social clan too where we don't just turn up for matches. I'm just wondering how you would be able to balance the two together. What exactly are you needed for?

Even then, I think we're looking for someone who considers themselves LaB, not LaB "with a side project".

I can see why you would ask yourself these question and well i started the clan back in 2007 with a close friend of mine and we put in loads of time and effort and if none of you guys know us, we are a very big community with over 50 members and lots of regular visitors to our forums and servers alike, we have a healthy donating per month. This has taken a lot of time and hard work but as i said in my application we don't war teams but allow our members outside to do this along as in the long term it don't interfere with there activity with us this has worked well.

My clan management use to be made up of me, the co-owner and another close friend making all the decisions with regards the servers/forums/ maintenance which when we was all committed worked well but it took a back step and almost killed us as a clan when 2 of the 3 major players all long term AFK.

We had to put a plan in place so this would not happen again we did so by giving the long term Admin who put a lot of time & Effort in and promoted them to council members, now everything runs through a voting system and we all have our own roles to fulfil with which has freed up a lot of time for me to do what i most of all enjoy doing which is mixing/scriming because now i don't have to be on 18 hours a day to sort out petty rows and squabbles, i have people in place to deal with it and if any real issues go down then i am only a phone call away.

The social side of my clan is we meet up at weekends and at lans and i still play on our public servers and have a good crack on vent, the clan has been together for long enough now for everything after the major change to run itself.

What i can offer you is 3/4 nights a week 5/6 times a day checking the lab forums, when i choose to do something and put myself forward for things i give it my all and i don't tend to let people down it is just in my nature.

If i am no the right sort of person you guys are looking for then fair play and i wish the best for the future.
